「フィリーの伝統を受け継ぐファンクソウルの申し子」、「21世紀のスティーヴィー・ワンダーに一番近い存在」とも評されるニュー・フィリー・ソウルの第一人者。

5枚目のアルバムとなる「On My Radio」(オンマイレディオ)
ジャケットがシンプルで非常に格好いい。
ジャケットの雰囲気は、Craig Davidに似てますね。

そのアルバムからの1stシングル「Radio」
この曲を作った時に周りの反応が悪く殆どの人が”あまり好きじゃない”と意見されたのを逆手に取ってわざとファーストシングルとして出す事に決めたそうです。

また、今までのネオソウルのイメージを覆そうとこのシングルでは、Dirrty Southなトラックで、全然イメージが違います。
